We speak with ambition and channel the city's spirit into a shared journey of belief, opportunity and citizenship.
We want to shape a future where every voice matters, every story is heard, and every learner moves forward with confidence.
By nurturing potential to enrich each learner's journey with a passport of inclusive, academic and creative experiences.
By connecting communities, we're educating to build unity and pride. This is Bristol, represented.
Amplify Education: A Bold New Voice for Bristol
Amplify Education is the result of the merger between two highly respected organisations—Trust in Learning Academies (TiLA) and Cathedral Schools Trust (CST). This new Trust will bring together the complementary strengths, expertise, and shared values of both organisations, forming a collaborative force committed to excellence, inclusion, and innovation in education.
Together, Amplify Education will be the largest Bristol-based multi-academy trust, serving approximately 12,000 pupils across 21 schools and covering diverse communities and geographies.
“Amplify is an important new Trust serving the children and families of the wider Bristol area. Our aim is to take the best aspects of the two former Trusts, expanding opportunities and improving education for staff and children.”
“This is an exciting moment for both Trusts. By joining forces, we can amplify our impact, share best practice, and create even greater opportunities for the communities we serve.”
We recognise that the strength of our organisation comes from the people within it. We value every employee across our family of schools and proudly offer an attractive benefits package, excellent professional development opportunities and a proactive focus on staff wellbeing and career growth. You will experience a flexible and supportive work environment with opportunities to collaborate within and across our schools.

Copilot said: The magic is here... can you feel it? What a day! This week, Henbury Court Primary Academy celebrated 70 incredible years with pupils, staff, former pupils, families, trustees, community partners and the Lord Mayor all coming together to mark this special milestone. From the fascinating archaeological dig uncovering pieces of our past, to planting a new orchard for future generations to enjoy, it was a celebration of where we've come from and where we're heading. And let's not forget the famous possum, who stole the show with a starring role on the birthday cake! 70 years on and better than ever. Here's to the next chapter of learning, friendship and community at Henbury Court. #HenburyCourt #70YearsStrong #AmplifyEducation #SchoolCommunity #TheMagicIsHere #CanYouFeelIt

Lots of smiles, great conversations and a brilliant sense of community along the way. A huge thank you to @kb_eventequipment_decorltd for an unexpected act of kindness that perfectly captured the spirit of our first Amplify Speak Up Challenge. After kindly offering us a fantastic deal on our balloon arch for the Trust event, one of our schools, Fonthill Primary Academy, decided to reuse it the very next day for their Year 6 leavers' celebration. This led to a rather impressive operation involving balloons squeezed into staff cars and carefully transported across Bristol! But the story didn't end there. The wonderful team at @kb_eventequipment_decorltd surprised the school by returning free of charge to reassemble the arch for the Year 6 pupils, helping make their special day even more memorable. A lovely reminder that small acts of generosity can have a big impact on our school communities. Thank you for going above and beyond. #KindnessMatters #CommunitySupport #SpeakUpChallenge #Year6Leavers #SchoolCommunity #GoingTheExtraMile #BristolBusiness #Education #MakingMemories #AmplifyEducation #ThankYou #SupportLocalBusiness #Oracy #SchoolsTogether
