Amplify Education: A Bold New Voice for Bristol
Amplify Education is the result of the merger between two highly respected organisations—Trust in Learning Academies (TiLA) and Cathedral Schools Trust (CST). This new Trust will bring together the complementary strengths, expertise, and shared values of both organisations, forming a collaborative force committed to excellence, inclusion, and innovation in education.
Together, Amplify Education will be the largest Bristol-based multi-academy trust, serving approximately 12,000 pupils across 21 schools and covering diverse communities and geographies.

Being Ambitious means opening doors to future possibilities At Bridge Learning Campus, Year 9 students recently took part in an inspiring Careers Day, designed to help them explore what their futures could hold. Students engaged with a wide range of employers – including Hill, Watershed, Babcock and Airbus – through speed networking, interactive workshops and industry-led conversations. Throughout the day, they explored different career pathways, developed key employability skills and broadened their understanding of the world of work. Experiences like this empower young people to raise their aspirations, ask big questions and start imagining what's possible – a brilliant example of our Ambitious value in action. Our first official week as Amplify This week marks our first official week as Amplify. The changes so far may feel subtle new lanyards worn with pride across the Trust, familiar faces working together in slightly new ways but they represent something important. A shared identity and a collective commitment to what comes next. Across our central services and our schools, we are fortunate to have so many fantastic people who, by coming together, want the very best for the young people we serve. That shared purpose is already evident in the conversations, the collaboration and the ambition we're seeing. While the visible changes are small for now, bigger and exciting projects are taking shape behind the scenes. This first week is about laying foundations, building trust and setting the tone for the journey ahead.
