We speak with ambition and channel the city's spirit into a shared journey of belief, opportunity and citizenship.
We want to shape a future where every voice matters, every story is heard, and every learner moves forward with confidence.
By nurturing potential to enrich each learner's journey with a passport of inclusive, academic and creative experiences.
By connecting communities, we're educating to build unity and pride. This is Bristol, represented.
Amplify Education: A Bold New Voice for Bristol
Amplify Education is the result of the merger between two highly respected organisations—Trust in Learning Academies (TiLA) and Cathedral Schools Trust (CST). This new Trust will bring together the complementary strengths, expertise, and shared values of both organisations, forming a collaborative force committed to excellence, inclusion, and innovation in education.
Together, Amplify Education will be the largest Bristol-based multi-academy trust, serving approximately 12,000 pupils across 21 schools and covering diverse communities and geographies.
“Amplify is an important new Trust serving the children and families of the wider Bristol area. Our aim is to take the best aspects of the two former Trusts, expanding opportunities and improving education for staff and children.”
“This is an exciting moment for both Trusts. By joining forces, we can amplify our impact, share best practice, and create even greater opportunities for the communities we serve.”
We recognise that the strength of our organisation comes from the people within it. We value every employee across our family of schools and proudly offer an attractive benefits package, excellent professional development opportunities and a proactive focus on staff wellbeing and career growth. You will experience a flexible and supportive work environment with opportunities to collaborate within and across our schools.

First time on the Bristol Beacon stage Last week's All Together Now concert was a first for many of our schools and for many pupils, their first time performing on the Bristol Beacon stage. As Dan, Headteacher at Filton Avenue Primary School, shared: "A truly proud and uplifting experience... seeing our pupils perform with confidence, joy and togetherness." This is the power of Amplify creating opportunities that build confidence, connection and memories that last. #AmplifyEducation #AllTogetherNow #ArtsEducation #TrustInAction #PupilVoice #MusicInSchools #BristolBeacon

What an unforgettable evening at the Bristol Beacon Seeing over 400 children on stage, performing alongside musicians from the Birmingham Conservatoire, was a truly powerful and moving experience – one that neither the audience nor the children involved will ever forget. The confidence, commitment and sheer talent on display was extraordinary. To every pupil and member of staff involved: thank you for showcasing your talents so proudly and for giving us such a memorable concert. We'll be sharing more from the evening in the days and weeks to come, but for now, our thanks also go to the Bristol Beacon for hosting us and helping make such a special night possible. An evening to remember. #BristolBeacon #BirminghamConservatoire #MusicEducation #YoungVoices #TrustConcert #ArtsInEducation #AmplifyEducation

Pupil voice in action at Parson Street School We're really proud of the fantastic work by last term's School Council, who have been busy creating a new Home–School Agreement for their whole community. The pupils gathered views from every class and worked together to shape an agreement that reflects what they believe children, staff and families should commit to in order for everyone to achieve their best. A brilliant example of teamwork, responsibility and ambition – and of pupils having a real voice in shaping their school. Well done to everyone involved #PupilVoice #WorkingTogether #ProudSchools #ParsonStreetSchool #LearningTogether
