We speak with ambition and channel the city's spirit into a shared journey of belief, opportunity and citizenship.
We want to shape a future where every voice matters, every story is heard, and every learner moves forward with confidence.
By nurturing potential to enrich each learner's journey with a passport of inclusive, academic and creative experiences.
By connecting communities, we're educating to build unity and pride. This is Bristol, represented.
Amplify Education: A Bold New Voice for Bristol
Amplify Education is the result of the merger between two highly respected organisations—Trust in Learning Academies (TiLA) and Cathedral Schools Trust (CST). This new Trust will bring together the complementary strengths, expertise, and shared values of both organisations, forming a collaborative force committed to excellence, inclusion, and innovation in education.
Together, Amplify Education will be the largest Bristol-based multi-academy trust, serving approximately 12,000 pupils across 21 schools and covering diverse communities and geographies.
“Amplify is an important new Trust serving the children and families of the wider Bristol area. Our aim is to take the best aspects of the two former Trusts, expanding opportunities and improving education for staff and children.”
“This is an exciting moment for both Trusts. By joining forces, we can amplify our impact, share best practice, and create even greater opportunities for the communities we serve.”
We recognise that the strength of our organisation comes from the people within it. We value every employee across our family of schools and proudly offer an attractive benefits package, excellent professional development opportunities and a proactive focus on staff wellbeing and career growth. You will experience a flexible and supportive work environment with opportunities to collaborate within and across our schools.

Collaborative in action at Parson Street Primary Last week, we were proud to see our Collaborative value brought to life at Parson Street Primary School's annual Family Food Festival. Families came together to share dishes from 16 different countries, celebrating the rich diversity of the local community and the strong partnerships at the heart of our school. From food and stories to laughter and connection, it was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we work together. A huge thank you to all the families and staff who made the event so special a true celebration of community, belonging and collaboration #AmplifyEducation #CollaborativeInAction #ParsonStreetPrimary #FamilyFoodFestival #Community #BristolSchools #Bedminster
Enrichment in action At Amplify, enrichment is about opening doors, sparking curiosity and giving children experiences that stay with them long after the school day ends. Last week, Year 4 pupils from Stoke Park Primary (@stokeparkprimarybristol) enjoyed a brilliant performance of The Boy at the Back of the Class at the theatre – complete with a fun bus trip too! Experiences like this help bring learning to life, build empathy, and inspire a love of the arts beyond the classroom. A huge thank you to @bristololdvic1766 for such a powerful and memorable performance. #AmplifyEnrichment #LearningBeyondTheClassroom #StokeParkPrimary #BristolSchools #ArtsEducation #BuildingBelief #AmplifyInAction
Spring learning in EYFS We love seeing learning come to life in the sunshine at Henleaze Infants Our Reception children have been making the most of the patio area in the lovely spring weather creating observational drawings of flowers, building and playing drum kits, exploring the sandpit and enjoying imaginative dressup play. These moments capture what early years learning is all about: curiosity, creativity and joyful exploration, both indoors and out. #EYFS #SpringLearning #PupilsFirst #LearningThroughPlay #HenleazeInfants #AmplifyCommunity #EarlyYears
