We speak with ambition and channel the city's spirit into a shared journey of belief, opportunity and citizenship.
We want to shape a future where every voice matters, every story is heard, and every learner moves forward with confidence.
By nurturing potential to enrich each learner's journey with a passport of inclusive, academic and creative experiences.

Amplify Education: A Bold New Voice for Bristol
Amplify Education is the result of the merger between two highly respected organisations—Trust in Learning Academies (TiLA) and Cathedral Schools Trust (CST). This new Trust will bring together the complementary strengths, expertise, and shared values of both organisations, forming a collaborative force committed to excellence, inclusion, and innovation in education.
Together, Amplify Education will be the largest Bristol-based multi-academy trust, serving approximately 12,000 pupils across 21 schools and covering diverse communities and geographies.
“Amplify is an important new Trust serving the children and families of the wider Bristol area. Our aim is to take the best aspects of the two former Trusts, expanding opportunities and improving education for staff and children.”
“This is an exciting moment for both Trusts. By joining forces, we can amplify our impact, share best practice, and create even greater opportunities for the communities we serve.”
We recognise that the strength of our organisation comes from the people within it. We value every employee across our family of schools and proudly offer an attractive benefits package, excellent professional development opportunities and a proactive focus on staff wellbeing and career growth. You will experience a flexible and supportive work environment with opportunities to collaborate within and across our schools.

Inspiring futures at Parson Street Primary It was fantastic to see the recent Future Me careers event at Parson Street Primary an inspiring afternoon dedicated to broadening horizons for KS2 pupils A huge thank you to the 25 professionals who generously gave their time to share their journeys from surgery and law to software engineering, music, journalism and aviation. Their passion and willingness to engage with pupils clearly made a lasting impact. Our young people were outstanding demonstrating brilliant oracy skills, asking thoughtful questions, and fully embracing the opportunity to learn about the world of work. This is exactly what we mean at Amplify by expanding opportunity and building belief in every child helping them to see the wide range of pathways open to them We hope the day has sparked ambition, curiosity and confidence for the future. #AmplifyEducation #CareersEducation #FutureMe #StudentVoice #BristolEducation #Opportunities

Can you support our young people with work experience? We're reaching out to our network to help create meaningful opportunities for Amplify pupils We're currently looking to connect with employers who may be able to offer work experience placements during June and July 2026. Work experience can be a truly transformative moment helping young people build confidence, raise aspirations, and explore future career pathways. If your organisation could support even with just one placement we would love to hear from you. Please contact us at info@ampedu.co.uk for more information. A huge well done to our Year 6 pupils across Amplify Education As SATs week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognise and appreciate the incredible commitment, resilience and positivity shown by our Year 6 pupils across all our schools. You have demonstrated what it means to be ambitious – approaching the week with determination and focus. You have been reflective – applying what you've learned and growing in confidence as the week progressed. And you have been truly collaborative – supporting friends, showing kindness and encouraging one another throughout. We are immensely proud of how you conducted yourselves and grateful for the maturity, care and perseverance you showed during the week. You should take real pride in yourselves.
